1. Is it safe to travel to my holiday destination?

If you are worried about safety in your holiday destination please check the Foreign Office website www.fco.gov.uk for the most up to date travel information.

2. How to book with MyKindaTravel?

Feel free to use our online search. Once you have found the holiday, flight or accommodation that suits your needs please check availability. You will then need to choose your room and enter your names in to your holiday. You will then be required to enter credit card or debit card details to confirm your booking.

3. I cannot find what I am looking for on your site?

Most of our holidays are available online. However if the holiday you are looking for does not appear online please call our travel advisors on 0800 811 9448 and we will aim to find a holiday that suits your travel needs.

4. Are our prices live?

Our site allows you to check 'live' availability of your selected holiday in real time, giving you 100% accurate pricing once you have made an availability search. Many tour operators 'lead in' price excludes taxes and airport transfers and can be based on a specific number of people sharing a room. For this reason you may notice a difference between the initial 'lead in' price and the final price payable.

5. What is included in the price and what is it based on?

MyKindaTravel use a wide choice of Tour Operators and Airlines who all price their holidays slightly differently. When you get a quote and book all items included in your holiday will be displayed.

6. I don't live in the UK and would like to book a holiday?

Yes that's no problem at all we can take bookings from around the world, the only problem is we cannot issue insurance to customers from outside the UK.

7. How do I pay and what are your credit card charges?

All debit cards no additional charges apply.
We also accept credit cards with a 2% charge and American Express with a 3% charge.

8. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

When you have booked your holiday, you will be given a booking reference number and we will then e-mail you your confirmation and receipts within 24 hours.

9. I have a query about a booking I've already made and confirmed.

10.When will I normally receive my tickets?

You should expect to receive you tickets 10 days before travel if you have not received your tickets in this time please call 0800 811 9448 and we will look in to this for you.

11. How to stop or start receiving the email news service?

You can subscribe to our news letter by clicking the link featured at the bottom of any of our newletters that are sent to you.

12. What does MyKindaTravel do with my personal information?

Your personal details are only used by us for the purposes of booking your holiday and communicating offers that we think are appropriate and relevant to you. We do not pass your information onto third parties and your information is kept securely on our in house systems.

13. What do I do if I have a complaint?

You can send details of your complaint in a letter to our head office (MyKindaTravel, 24A High Street North, Langley Moor, Durham, DH7 8JG.) or please email us. We will look in to all complaints in a professional manor and aim to give a quick and speedy response.
